The Tavern 1924 defines itself as a Gastropub, with it’s distinctive decor and restaurant essence you can expect to enjoy an inspired menu within a warm and welcoming environment.

Our Ethos focuses on serving fresh, local food. We firmly believe in sourcing
our produce from the locality, supporting local farmers and food producers wherever possible, reducing food miles and time from production to customer.

We believe our in-house preparation sets us apart, our Head Chef and his team take pride in creating over 98% of our menu in-house, from scratch. From home-made butter and chutneys to in-house curing and smoking; here at The Tavern 1924 every dish served has that unique home-made appeal.
